  Good engineers never settle for less when it comes to the quality of their deliverables, they always take pride on their work (code, design and approach etc). This particular skill makes you a credible engineer and takes you out of crowd. We must ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.

  This makes you ready to step up the ladder towards becoming a Senior level in your career path. This all about how much help/correction you need to solve a given problem. Independence must be visible in our work that how we are managing things even if lots of people around there to help.

  No matter whether we are good owner or have high quality delivery if we are not making and impact in the organization we are working at, we all are here to deliver something and this dimension is all about measuring if you are making an impact overall.   We are in the industry which is evolving every hour and minutes and that really makes it mandatory for us to keep learning new things to keep us with the industry evolution, without this we all be redundant and loose our value over time and go into survival mode rather than growth mode.
